Eastgate Office Center Repositioning
Koehler & Company was recently hired by Clarion Partners to reposition its 142,000 square foot, two building Eastgate Office Center campus located adjacent to I-90 in Bellevue, Washington. The campus property was previously occupied by Verizon until the end of 2012. In anticipation of the vacancy by Verizon, Koehler & Company began its analysis of the property in June of 2012 and after six months of review, recommended a new roof and completely new mechanical and electrical systems designed to meet market demand. The approximate $4 million renovation is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2014.
