Highland Hill Shopping Center Adds Xfinity Store
Comcast will open its Tacoma Xfinity Store at the Highland Hill Shopping Center in August of 2014. The approximate 5,000 square foot store brings the center’s occupancy to 95%. The 164,000 square foot Center is anchored by Safeway Stores & LA Fitness and contains a 19,000 square foot Dollar Tree store. Steve Koehler, Doug McFadyen and affiliates purchased the center in 1986. Koehler & Company, the managing general partner of the shopping center, supervised the renovation construction of the Shopping Center in 2008 when the new LA Fitness was constructed and the facades of the center were rebuilt.
