Pacific Urban Residential Occupies Penthouse Suite at 1924 First
Pacific Urban Residential, an industry-leading West Coast apartment investor, has occupied the western penthouse office suite at 1924 First, a four story retail and office property located adjacent to the Terminal Sales Building at First & Virginia in downtown Seattle. 1924 First was purchased by a joint venture of Koehler & Company and Sugar Mountain Capital in late 2011. Koehler & Company’s corporate headquarters occupy the third floor of the masonry building, initially constructed in 1909
