Juanita Firs is 100% leased.
Three significant leases have brought the 85,000 square foot Safeway anchored Juanita Firs Shopping center to full occupancy. Petco Unleashed is now occupying approximately 5,000 square feet and Readi Spaghetti and Helen’s Spa have joined Urgent Care in the occupancy of the pad building on 100th Avenue NE. Steve Koehler, Doug McFadyen and affiliates purchased the center in 1989. Safeway signed a new 20 year lease, then expanded its store and added a Fuel Center in 2005.
